Please pay attention to the following so that there are no delays:

• There is a 2 day deadline from the time of placing the order until the payment (if this time passes the order will be automatically cancelled)
• The deposit must be made within the same bank (e.g. from Eurobank account to Eurobank account, from National Bank to National Bank etc.) otherwise they will be forced to charge you interbank fees
• Reason for the transfer should be your full name (person to whom the order has been placed) & the order number

• If you own a company and you need an invoice to be issued, the deposit must be made from the corresponding company bank account (not personal), otherwise shipping of your order won't be possible

If you choose the IRIS service, the online payment of the order is completed through the secure environment of e-Banking, without interbank charges. No credit, prepaid or debit card is required and payment is made with direct debit of your account.

The most popular way of paying for online orders to date! The order is paid with absolute security through the Eurobank EFG platform (Visa & Mastercard cards of all banks are accepted). Payment is possible by debit or credit card in one charge or by credit card in up to 18 interest-free installments (only for cards issued by Greek banks) with the following installment plan provided by my friends:

• 04 interest-free instalments for orders over € 49,99
• 08 interest-free instalments for orders over € 199,99
• 12 interest-free instalments for orders over € 499,99
• 18 interest-free instalments for orders over € 1999,99

After you click to complete the order, you will be redirected outside of zaranikas.gr to the secure payment environment of the bank and you will need to fill in the following:

1. Card number
2. Card type (e.g. Mastercard, VISA etc.)
3. Card expiry date
4. Cardholder's name (as written on the card)
5. Card's 3-digit CVC number

You will then be asked to identify the transaction either with some digits from the PIN in combination with a message from the bank to your mobile phone or with an online confirmation in your e-Banking.

Finally, I should mention that if you own a company (other than a sole proprietorship) and you wish an invoice to be issued, the card used for the transaction must be a company card (and not a personal card), otherwise shipping of your order won't be possible.

The order is paid with absolute security through the Klarna app and you can make purchases of 50-1000 € with 3 interest-free installments, without any charges, using a debit card. After you click to complete the order you will see the amount of the installments and you can proceed with the payment (first installment is committed upon completion of the order and charged when the order is invoiced, second installment is charged on the 30th day from the invoice date, etc.).

If the Klarna payment method is used for the first time, you will need to register for the service on the bank's website and confirm your identity by filling in all the necessary information that will be requested (identification documents such as ID) in the form of a photo or a file.

At this point, I have to provide you with some very important information about Klarna:

• Klarna Bank AB provides flexible payment services to its customers, so that they can make purchases with the possibility of gradual repayment.

• S. ZARANIKAS MON. IKE (hereinafter referred to as "zaranikas.gr") in order to facilitate its consumers, has entered into a cooperation with Klarna, in order to incorporate a specific payment method through Klarna in the available payment methods for orders submitted by consumers, exclusively through the e-shop www.zaranikas.gr.

• Klarna is an independent company providing flexible debt repayment services and therefore has no dependency relationship with zaranikas.gr, as it has entered into a cooperation with Klarna, exclusively to provide another additional way of payment to consumers.

• In particular, Klarna will provide to the customers of zaranikas.gr, the flexible Klarna way. According to this, the consumer can make the repayment of his purchase gradually through three (3) equal interest-free instalments. Specifically, the first (1st) instalment is committed by Klarna upon completion of the order and is charged upon invoicing of the order, while the second (2nd) instalment is charged on the 30th day from the date of invoicing and the third (3rd) and final instalment is charged on the 60th day from the date of invoicing of the order.

• It is explicitly clarified that the above payment method is a form of credit and is provided exclusively through Klarna, without any connection and action of zaranikas.gr, as the latter does not have corresponding flexible payment methods but only cooperates with Klarna which provides the above flexible payment method.

• Each customer of zaranikas.gr, in order to use the above described flexible payment method, should proceed to registration on the online platform of Klarna, to which zaranikas.gr has no access and involvement.

• When the consumer makes use of Klarna's service, Klarna performs a soft credit check on the consumer. This will not affect the consumer's credit score, it simply helps Klarna to confirm that the consumer pays his debts on time. The consumer will in any case be able to access the content of this check.

• Each consumer must be over eighteen (18) years of age to use the flexible payment method described above.

• It is highly recommended that consumers make prudent use of the above service provided by Klarna without unduly burdening their financial situation.

Are you looking for immediacy & speed when completing the order? Or were you amazed by the unbeatable price of this type of payment at zaranikas.gr? Whichever of these, this way you choose to pay the order to the partner courier company at the time of delivery. The additional cost of cash on delivery is 1,80€, it is charged regardless of the order amount and you can pay cash or card if there is a POS available at the courier.

But please pay attention to the following:

• The minimum order cost that can be paid this way is 6,50€
• The maximum order cost that can be paid this way is 500,00€
• This payment method is only valid for shipments with partner couriers
• This payment method is only valid for shipments within Greece

BOX NOW Pay On The Go is a modern digital cash on delivery and a new service of Zaranikas Music Store that is valid only for deliveries to BOX NOW lockers (see here), costs 1,80€ and is charged regardless of the order amount. Payment is made online when your parcel has been delivered to the locker you have chosen.

But please pay attention to the following:

• The minimum order cost that can be paid this way is 6,50€
• The maximum order cost that can be paid this way is 500,00€
• Payment with cash is not supported
• This payment method is only valid for shipments with BOX NOW
• This payment method is only valid for shipments within Greece

The most timeless way that has delievered for my friends at Zaranikas Music Store and me even under the most difficult circumstances. You pay in cash to the driver who will deliver the parcel to you, at no charge whatsoever.

But please pay attention to the following:

• The maximum order cost that can be paid in cash to a Zaranikas' driver is 500,00€
• Payment by card is not supported
• This payment method is only valid for shipments with a Zaranikas' driver
• This payment method is only valid for shipments within the Attica basin
