Hello! I am Mr. Mousikoulis and I will try to explain all the ways you can receive your order! But before we get started I would like to let you know that my friends at Zaranikas Music Store fully understand today's consumer needs, they have the know-how by having excelled in the toughest of circumstances and continue to this day! Why? Simply because they want to serve you efficiently and quickly.

Store pickup (eligible for Greece & Cyprus)

If you choose this way, you will pick up your order from the physical store of Zaranikas Music Store (209 Thivon Avenue, Peristeri, Attica, 12134) free of charge, regardless of the amount. When the order is ready for pick up, you will be informed via e-mail & SMS (if you have a Greek telephone number) in order to come by. The time my friends need to prepare the order for you to pick it up from the store is 12 - 72 hours.

Please note the following:

In order to receive an online order from the physical store, it must be prepaid
The prepayment can be made by Bank deposit, IRIS e-Banking, Debit/Credit card or Klarna
It is not possible to pay for the order in the store upon pickup of it

Courier (eligible for all countries)

Choose the most common shipping method for all countries and get free shipping (see next section for details on free shipping). My friends have agreements with many couriers, so all (!) possible destinations worldwide are covered. If you live in Greece you will receive your order within 24-72 hours at your place (from the moment the order is shipped) unless you live in a remote area, and if you live in Cyprus in 4-6 business days. Shipments to other countries are delivered between 5 - 15 working days depending on the destination and the service chosen.

For Greece the following applies:

Inside of Attica: First 3 kgs 2.95€ (minimum charge) and 0.70€ for each additional kg
Offer inside Attica: First 2 kgs just for 2.50€! (valid for a limited time)
Outside of Attica: First 3 kgs 3.40€ (minimum charge) and 1.10€ for each additional kg
Offer outside Attica: First 2 kgs just for 2.95€! (valid for a limited time)

For Cyprus the following applies:

First kg 9.70€ (minimum charge)
2 kgs = 11.40€, 3 kgs = 17.80€, 4 kgs = 24.30€ & 7 kgs = 30.40€
10 kgs = 36.60€, 13 kgs = 42.70€, 16 kgs = 48.80€ & 19 kgs = 54.90€
22 kgs = 56.30€, 25 kgs = 58.60€, 26 kgs = 59.00€, 27 kgs = 63.20€, 28 kgs = 65.90€ & 29 kgs = 68.70€
30 kgs = 70.00€

For the rest of the world the following applies:

The shipment is performed via TnT-Fedex, DHL or EMS
The selection is made by the distribution department of Zaranikas Music Store based on the best service for the final recipient
The cost varies depending on the destination country and is displayed in the shopping cart after the user's details have been filled in

Please, read carefully the following super important clarifications:

Free shipping is applicable (details on free shipping in the next section)
Once the order has been shipped, you will find in the "Order tracking" field of zaranikas.gr (if you are a registered member) the confirmation of the shipment of the order and the voucher number
You will receive the voucher number via e-mail and SMS to your mobile phone (if you have a Greek telephone number)
The above mentioned delivery times do not apply to public holidays & force majeure (e.g. extreme weather conditions)
All acoustic & digital pianos, all digital & acoustic drums and large PA speakers (e.g. subwoofers) are excluded from courier delivery
The weight of a parcel is measured by couriers in two ways. Either the actual weight or the volumetric weight and whichever prevails the parcel is charged accordingly.
The volumetric weight is calculated using the following procedure:
Greece: Length (cm) X Width (cm) X Height (cm) / 5000
Cyprus: Length (cm) X Width (cm) X Height (cm) / 3000
Rest of the world: Length (cm) X Width (cm) X Height (cm) / 5000
Parcels with an actual or volumetric weight of more than 30 kgs are shipped by arrangement with the recipient of the parcel

In the shopping cart during checkout, you select the locker that suits you by entering your address or postal code (see them here). The parcel after being prepared by our department, will be delivered to BOX NOW. From there, the process is taken care of by them. When the parcel reaches the selected locker you receive a message on your mobile phone or other applications (indicatively & not limited to Viber, Whatsapp etc.) or to your e-mail address. In this message all necessary information for the pickup is provided (selected locker, dwell time, navigation instructions/ Google Maps link, the 6-8 digit PIN) and you are the only one aware. Your identification is done by the phone number you have placed in the order in combination with the PIN, while the insertion of the PIN in the locker during the pickup serves as your signature and proof of receipt of the parcel.

For Greece the following applies:

The cost is fixed at 2.50€
Free shipping for orders over 69.00€ (more details about free shipping in the next section)
Delivery time is 1 business day for mainland areas and 2 business days for island areas
The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours
Possibility of renewal for additional 24 hours, upon your request, on the BOX NOW website

For Cyprus the following applies:

The cost is fixed at 9.60€
Free shipping for orders over 299.00€ (more details about free shipping in the next section)
Delivery time is 3 business days
The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours
Possibility of renewal for additional 24 hours, upon your request, on the BOX NOW website
Orders shipped this way must be prepaid

Please, read carefully the following super important clarifications:

8 hours before the deadline for pickup from the locker you receive a reminder message
If the pickup is not completed after the 24-hour extension, the package will be transferred to BOX NOW's premises where you will have the right to pick it up within 5 days before it is returned to Zaranikas Music Store
Available for shipment in this way are the products marked with the BOX NOW logo on zaranikas.gr
In case the dimensions of the package exceed the maximum allowable dimensions of the boxes accommodated by the lockers, our department will contact you
Business days for BOX NOW are Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
All times indicated in the Greece & Cyprus sections are valid from the moment BOX NOW receives your order
Lockers operate 24/7 ensuring full access
If you choose to pay with BOX NOW Pay On The Go there will be an additional charge of 1.80€ and payment can only be made by card
You will be able to login to the BOX NOW website to track the progress of the shipment
