- You can return a product within 14 calendar days from the day you received it
- Excluded from the possibility of returning are products from certain categories (books, wind instruments, headphones, microphones, those that require registration with one-time codes, products that have been modified at your request & products that have been specially ordered and do not belong to the scheduled stock of Zaranikas Music Store).
- Refunds will be made in the same manner as the payment was made unless it is a cash on delivery which is made via bank transfer
- From the refund of the money you paid, the handling charges (transport and cash on delivery charges) are deducted

I received my order but some of the products does not suit me. Now what?
What??? You received one of my kids and you did not dig it? Okay, not all of us have the same taste! For this reason, you can return your order within 14 days from the day of you received it. When is the return of products not accepted?
- Wind instruments, their accessories and spare parts
- Microphones and headphones
- Books
- Devices containing software programs and any kind of material related to these programs in digital - electronic form for the use of which you are required to activate them or to declare your personal data, actions which make you the sole and exclusive user of the program (e.g. audio interfaces)
- Any kind of spare parts that are integral parts of other devices
- Products ordered or manufactured according to your specifications (custom-made) or clearly personalised
- Products that have been prepaid and were specially ordered on your behalf and are not part of our scheduled stock
