I received my order but some of the products does not suit me. Now what?
What??? You received one of my kids and you did not dig it? Okay, not all of us have the same taste! For this reason, you can return your order within 14 days from the day of you received it. Of course you will not be asked the reason you wish it to be returned but maybe you could tell me for my own good! What I need from you is to inform me via e-mail (
When is the return of products not accepted?
Well, the music business is a very special business. Think for a moment that there are many musical instruments that come into direct contact with the mouth or other musical equipment that goes into the ears, for example. Also, we have to try and safeguard the interests of music creators since many of them make their living from writing books. So, unfortunately, in the following categories of items I cannot ask my friends at Zaranikas Music Store to accept returns:
- Wind instruments, their accessories and spare parts
- Microphones and headphones
- Books
- Devices containing software programs and any kind of material related to these programs in digital - electronic form for the use of which you are required to activate them or to declare your personal data, actions which make you the sole and exclusive user of the program (e.g. audio interfaces)
- Any kind of spare parts that are integral parts of other devices
- Products ordered or manufactured according to your specifications (custom-made) or clearly personalised
- Products that have been prepaid and were specially ordered on your behalf and are not part of our scheduled stock
What is the process followed?
As soon as the conditions are met, as stated above, the process is too simple and quick!
First, you must complete the Withdrawal Form and send it to
Then, the products will be returned to Zaranikas Music Store's headquarters (209 Thivon Avenue, Peristeri, 12134). If you send it by courier or shipping company, you must make sure that the parcel is packed exactly as you received it to avoid damage, because don't forget that you are responsible for this shipment's safety.
Once, my friends receive the product(s), they will thoroughly check them because they need to make sure they are in excellent condition, including their packaging, for the next owner!
How is the refund processed?
Once the procedures have been completed (as described in the previous question), a refund (minus handling charges*) will be issued in the following ways:
- If you have paid by Bank Deposit the money will be returned to your bank account in the same way
- If you have paid by IRIS, e-banking the money will be returned to your bank account in the same way
- If you have paid by Cash on Delivery or BOX NOW Pay On The GO the money will be returned to your bank account by bank deposit within 10 business days
- If you have paid by Cash on Zaranikas driver the money will be refunded to your bank account by bank transfer immediately
- If you have paid by Debit/Credit card the refund order is given directly to the bank by my friends and the money is credited to your card within 3-5 business days (depending on the card issuing bank)
* From the refund of the money you paid, as I write above, the handling charges are deducted. These are:
- Shipping charges of initial shipment
- Return shipping charges
- Cost of cash on delivery (if any)
Please note that if your order was sent with free shipping then the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
