What do I need to place an order on your website?
A prerequisite is that you must be over 18 years old and love music! Well, that's it you can browse the huge range of products I have carefully selected to offer and choose what you like. You don't need to have a credit card or a bank account. Just carefully fill in your order delivery details and the details I will need to contact you and let you know of any updates on it, in the form in the basket. After that leave it all up to me and my friends at Zaranikas Music Store.
What do the availabilities I see on the products mean?
- Available means that the product is currently in stock
- 1 to 3 days means that the product is currently in our supplier's warehouse
- Expected means that the product should be available for shipment on the date mentioned
- On Request means that the product is currently out of stock
- Unavailable means that the product is currently out of stock and new arrival isn't expected soon either
I have placed all the products I need in the shopping cart. What should I do next?
And now it is the time to decide how you wish your order to be delivered! Whatever your choice may be your order will be delivered accurately and in absolute safety. All our partners are sick and tired of listening to me explaining why they should pay much attention to my packages. And I am telling you that they do, but just in any case, I am asking you to double-check the parcel upon arrival and if anything feels wrong please contact me on the spot!
After that, I need you to choose the way you wish your order to be paid. I have many different methods available, because I want you to have as many solutions as possible, but I pay even more attention to your safety. For instance, if you choose to pay by card I will transfer you to my bank's safe environment. What I need from you to pay attention to, is that Cash on Delivery comes with an extra charge and payment by Bank Transfer should be completed in 2 days!
Wait, there's more! Maybe you are such a sweetheart and you need your order to be delivered to the love of your life; if this is the case then please complete the fields below the "Shipping Address". Or am I talking to a business person? Please check the "I Own a Company" and fill in your company's data so that I can provide you with a proper invoice. Maybe you wish to write some kind words to the person who is to receive the package or to ship your order on a specific date. Your Little Musician will accomplish all your requests without having second thoughts! Please remember to write all these at the “Comments" field I specially made for this reason.
I have second thoughts about the products in my cart. How can I be sure they will suit me?

My order is completed. What happens next?

If you are in a hurry to receive your order, I hope you noticed the availabilities of the products you ordered! Available means the product is in stock, 1 to 3 days means the products are in extemely low stock and more than 1 business days are required for shipment, Expected at this date means your order will be shipped this date and On Request or Out Of Stock means the products are out of stock and I will ask from a friend of mine at Zaranikas Music Store to contact you and advise accordingly. Why not me? 'cause I am shy!
Now, I am sure you have already received at your e-mail address your order confirmation. What? It's not there? Are you sure you checked your spam folder? Please be carefull because at every step of your order, my e-mails may end up in this specific folder and you will lack the information my friends from Zaranikas Music Store share with you! Oh, well I will wait here for you to check again……… I told you so!
Meanwhile, a friend of mine has already started to collect your order's goods. If the products in your order appeared as Available then your order will be shipped in the next few hours. How many hours? A couple of them, as long as it is a normal business day, according to the time schedule posted in the website!
I am a bit confused with the changes in order's status that come by e-mail. What do they mean?
I would like to note that I had told them already! I too was confused when I placed my first order, maaaany years before I became such good friends with the guys. When they explained it to me though, I saw that it was simple. So let's get straight to the point: As I told you in the first question you asked, once you complete the order you will get an automated order confirmation email, which will place the order status to "Confirmed by customer". 2 factors play a role in how many and which (other) e-mails with changes to your order's status you will get: Product availability (which I also discuss in your first question) and the way you have chosen to have the order sent to you.
If the products are Available and you have chosen as a shipping method:
- "Store Pickup" then you will only get an e-mail with the title "Availability Update" informing you that your order is ready and you can come by to pick it up.
- "Courier" then you will only get an e-mail with the title "Dispatched" where you will be informed about the courier selected and the tracking number of the shipment.
- A "Freight forwarder/ Shipping company" then you will only get an e-mail with the title "Dispatched" where it will inform you about the shipment of the order and the contact number of the shipping company.
- "Delivery by Zaranikas" then my friends will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery appointment and then you will only get an e-mail with the title "Dispatched".
Now let's see the possibility of not having the products Available. Really, is that a possibility?
The only thing that changes in the above process is that after you get the initial order confirmation email, when my friends see that I don't have any of the products you need, they will ask for it and change the order status to "Your order is being processed" 🙈. Hey guys in the e-commerce department, I wanted to know if you've given much thought to this name? Anyway, after that the process will unfold as I described above.
As you already know I'm interested in you receiving your parcel quickly and safely. That's why I keep a close eye on the shipments to see if they are delivered. So when I see that delivery is complete I let the guys know and they change the status to "Completed", and if I see that my parcel is being returned because it was not received in the timeframe set by the partner carrier, the status will be changed to "Returned".
There is of course also the possibility that the product(s) you want is/are not available or expected or that you have placed incomplete contact and delivery details in your order. In this case, my friends will contact you by phone for an update and the order status will be changed to "Cancelled".
I want to modify the order I placed. How do I do it?
Me and my friends at Zaranikas Music Store know perfectly well that with today's super fast lifestyle, well, you'll forget something! No problem! They told me to suggest you check your order confirmation email and if you forgot something or need to modify details filled in the order form, please let us know via email at [email protected] or by phone at (+30) 2105715165 and we'll do the rest. But be careful... don't have your order already sent, because then we won't be able to help you either! And keep that in mind... ...my friends are very, very fast in preparing and shipping the order.
Do you need any ideas of what you might have forgotten? For example, you may have forgotten a basic accessory or to fill in the details for your invoice or even write a note about when you'll be in the office. These and anything else you need we are waiting to hear on the contact numbers or read by email, just ... hurry up because as we speak your parcel is getting ready to fly towards you!!!
The same applies if you want to cancel your order in its entirety 😭.
I received my order but some of the products does not suit me. Now what?
What??? You received one of my kids and you did not dig it? That's okay, not all of us have the same taste! For this reason, you can return your order in 14 days from the day of you received it. Of course you will not be asked the reason you wish it to be returned but maybe you could tell me for my own good! What I need from you is to inform me via e-mail ([email protected]) or by telephone (+30 2105715165) and pack your order precisely as it was shipped to you and be sure that there are not any signs of damage at the product or its packaging. I just want to remind you that I cannot accept returns in specific categories of products. These are the books, the wind instruments and their accessories, the microphones and the headphones.
Do the products come with any warranty?
I am sorry but what did you expect? How will I be sure that you will use my unique products for years to come? The majority of the products I have posted at my website, come with an official warranty of the distributor responsible for them in the greek market. The warranty time for each product is mentioned at each product's page. In some cases that I am not satisfied with the time of the official warranty I automatically offer an extension. In general, the products I choose to offer come with a warranty from 1 year to even 15 years!
I am afraid of losing or sharing my data that I enter in the order.
